We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage sales through WhatsApp and phone calls. This role isideal for someone who enjoys direct interaction with customers and has a good understanding of ethnic wear trends.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to understand customer needs.
- Share product images and details over WhatsApp based on customer preferences, budget, and fabric choices.
- Clearly explain fabric types, pricing, and trending designs.
- Follow up with interested customers to ensure timely sales closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Maintain an updated customer database for regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with the inventory team to confirm product availability.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve order-related queries.Requirements:

- Prior experience in sales (especially WhatsApp or phone-based selling)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Hinglish preferred)
- Comfortable handling multiple WhatsApp chats and calls
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of women’s ethnic wear or fabrics is an added advantage
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets/Excel.
