**Role definition**:
Manager/executive takes care of complete Sales transaction from telecalling, site visit, presentation of project, Handling client query negotiation & closer.
**Responsibility**:
- Accompany with clients for property visits.
- Act as a Bridge between client and the developer.
- Regular follow ups
- Co-ordinate with the client & developer for booking
- Connecting clients with the financial advisers for Housing loan.
- Career Development plan
Develop Managerial skills to handle a team of 4 and generate sales from Team to grow into a Sales Manager Role.
**Qualification / Education and other Requirements**:
- Education
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
- Decision making skills.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Language required: English & any local language.
