**Role : Client Servicing Executive**

**Industry : Digital Marketing Agency**

Client Servicing/Client Relationship Management which includes being the primary point of contact for the company's clients that are assigned to you and maintaining monthly dashboards, data analyses, reports and being the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the client from acquisition, overlooking project deliverables as per schedule, Assigning Tasks to the production team and timelines and generating monthly progress reports for clients and internal monitoring.
- Serve as a link between the client and the internal team, ensuring proper communication reaches to both.
- Assist with challenging client requests and escalating the issues of clients as and when required.
- Ensure project deadlines are clearly defined, assigned to the respective team and met
- You should be able to prioritize tasks based on dynamic client inputs

**Qualification**
- Well Versed with Project Management Tools
- Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual, people management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask between different client projects
- Strong MS Office skills in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- You should have worked in an agency environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
