We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele-caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential leads via phone calls, providing information about our NEET and JEE preparation courses, and converting inquiries into enrolled students. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build trust with parents and students. Full-time position based in Barrackpore, Kolkata.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to leads generated from inquiries, website forms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Provide detailed information about our NEET and JEE coaching programs, including course structure, faculty expertise, success stories, and fee details.
- Counsel prospective students and their parents on exam preparation strategies, career paths in medicine/engineering, and how our institute can support their goals.
- Identify needs and objections of leads, and effectively address them to convert calls into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in any field; prior experience in education, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Proven track record in tele-calling, counselling, or sales roles, ideally in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English and with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and handle objections empathetically.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
