**Position Title : Sr. Executive / Executive - Quality Improvement / System Audit**

Grade: Location: Pelhar

**Reports to (Position) : Quality Head**

I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Quality System Audit, Support and Promotion
- QC Circles, Quality Month Celebrations, Quality Improvement Projects
- Revision and updation of workstation practices inline with changes made / market demand.
- Develop the roadmap for System implementation through PH & Q Head for bridge the gap and execution as per road map
- Management score card monitoring and communication
- Training coordination - Technical & Soft skill
- Process audit and surprise audit across group units.
- Horizontal deployment (good practices across the units )
- To get Customer scorecard for responsible customers, review with team and take up improvement plans. Distribution of customer related data as per plan.
- Handle non conformity as per defined SOP.
- Communication to responsible members on Non conformity observed and Document NC report.
- Identification of NC material and taking containment action throughout the supply chain.
- Coordination for RCA & CAPA.
- Sharing and reviewing RCA & CAPA with customer and
- Updating system requirements
- Ensuring timely submission of reports.
- Submission of monthly data and MIS
- Report to HOD on the customer performance related indices.
- Track the MOM for group on improvement activities.
- Drive the improvement projects across groups
- Track the benefits through different improvement projects.
- Quality strategy development, deployment and effective utilization.

**IV. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION**

Ø B.E. (Printing Technology)/B.E. (Mechanical engineer) with about 5-7 years of experience in Printing Industry/Automotive industry in Quality vertical

Ø Applied Knowledge of Quality management systems, quality tools & techniques
