**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **door-to-door visits** in assigned localities to promote our health services/products.
- Assist customers in **downloading and registering** on the mobile app.
- **Educate customers** about features of the app, offers, and service benefits.
- **Generate new orders** for lab tests/medicine/home healthcare services.
- Collect **customer feedback** and share on-ground insights with the team.
- Ensure **daily reporting** of visits, downloads, and order conversions.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with local residents to increase brand trust.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Education**: Minimum 10th Pass / Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of field sales experience.
- **Language Skills**: Local language fluency (Hindi/Bengali/English etc.) + basic English.
- **Tech-savvy**: Should know how to use Android smartphones and apps.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in approaching new people
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic mobile handling (App install, register, demo)
