- **Reporting and Analysis**:They track sales data, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, helping to refine sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**:Sales executives develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Market Research**:They stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
