The Mobile Architect works with the development managers and technical leads across multiple iOS and Android teams to design, maintain and improve their software in accordance with good software architecture practices.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to design new, or improve existing systems. Plans this work in coordination with internal partners (e.g. QA, UX, Product Management) and external partner systems (e.g. back end systems team).

Drives and leads initiatives that cross functional systems and IT groups. This will require coordination, planning and scheduling of product development and testing stages.

Provides options for the implementation of architectural solutions.

Provides the design and implementation of new or revised software systems that effectively meet business needs.

Oversees the development, analysis and revision of design procedures, program code, test procedures and planning objectives.

Plays a critical role in translating business strategy into technical strategy and defines end to-end technology.
