- Lead the technology initiatives across the mobile products
- Manage the solutioning and technology roadmap
- Support the mobile development team in terms of technical guidance to perform the project deliverables
- Responsible for understanding the latest technology trends in the market and come up with a plan to adopt necessary technologies
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Participate in the implementation of solutions that will improve the current product performance, quality, processes, and standards.
- Recommends design solutions and hardware requirements that align with product business value.
- Regular collaboration with key IT stakeholders/counterparts in US office.
- Focus on team success. Works well in a team environment. Assists team members in all areas to achieve successful sprints and retrospectively provides feedback for continuous improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**What You'll Do**:
- Total 10+ years of experience in software development-
- Requires a minimum of 3+ years’ experience acting as an architect for large enterprise level software projects.-
- 5+ years of experience in Mobile App Development-
- Requires a minimum 5 years of experience using REST based APIs, Soap Services, SOA-
- Must have worked on a project involving Messaging bus - RabbitMQ.-
- Must have hands-on experience on Docker & Kubernetes-
- Must have Strong experience to.NET Core,.Net technologies (C#, Ado.Net etc).-
- Must have a minimum of 2-4 years hands on experience with Angular 2+, NodeJs, HTML5, TypeScript/ Javascript and CSS / SCSS, MS SQL database & PostgressSQL.-
- Good to have Hybrid Mobile App Development frameworks like - React Native, Flutter, Cordova/PhoneGap, Ionic 2.X+-
- Prefer to have prior experience with Android and iOS programming languages: Kotlin/Java, Objective-C/Swift-
- Awareness of basic Linux command-
- Prior experience in enterprise environment and dealing with 3rd party integrations.-
- Proficiency in modeling environments such as Unified Modeling Language (UML).-
- Good understanding about REST API, cloud deployment, etc.-
- Good knowledge and experience on mobile CICD pipeline-
- Design Patterns - MVC, MVP, Singleton, Dependency Injection, etc.-
- Experience in building and publishing of mobile apps on iOS & AndroidExperience with App Submission process to AppStore and Google Play Store-
- Experience on ALM: TFS/GIT, aware of branching, merging etc.-
- Experience with agile development methodology, preferably Scrum**What We're Looking For**:
