Job Title: Pega ArchitectSkills: Pega CSSA, Architect Experience: 11-13 yearsLocation: Gurugram Notice Period : 0- Immediate We at Coforge Hiring for Pega Architects with the following skillsetRequired Qualifications and Experience: Experience: o Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Pega experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design/development. At least 5+ years in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including a leadership role. Proven experience in leading Pega upgrade projects, preferably to versions 8.x or higher. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Pega architecture, frameworks, and capabilities. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS environments, and iterative software development lifecycles. Familiarity with Pega SD/SI frameworks is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Collaborative and proactive approach to project challenges. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS. Expertise in Pega latest offerings and capabilities, including DX API, Data Pages, and Cosmos UI.
