The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing mobile applications, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. As a Mobile Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to deliver high-quality mobile solutions. If you are passionate about mobile development, have a strong understanding of React Native and Flutter, and enjoy leading and mentoring teams Key Responsibilities: Design and architect mobile applications using React Native and Flutter. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership to a team of developers. Mentor and guide the development team in best practices for mobile development. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. Implement and enforce best practices for mobile application development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers. Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive mobile interfaces. Identify and address technical challenges and issues in a proactive and timely manner Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues reported by users. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, specifically React Native and Flutter. Evaluate and recommend new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve the development process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Proven experience  as a Mobile Architect with a focus on React Native and Flutter. Strong expertise in mobile application development, including hands-on experience with React Native and Flutter frameworks. Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS) is a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
