**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and process all customer orders through **Shopify** — from placement to fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory on the Shopify website.
- Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure accurate tracking information and communicate proactively with customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to update website banners, offers, and collections.
- Generate order and sales reports for internal tracking and analysis.
- Identify and report any technical or order-related issues on the Shopify platform.
- Work closely with courier partners and maintain SLAs for customer satisfaction.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **2-4+ years** of experience in Shopify store operations or e-commerce order management.
- Strong working knowledge of **Shopify Admin**, product uploads, and order management features.
- Experience handling **customer communication** and resolving queries.
- Familiarity with **payment gateways**, **shipping dashboards**, and **inventory sync tools**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for order tracking and reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with **Shopify apps** for order fulfillment, customer chat, and CRM.
- Understanding of **Shopify analytics**, returns, and discount management.
- Prior exposure to **e-commerce logistics** and **after-sales support**.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
