_**Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) - European Cuisine/Conti**_
- **Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and cooking of European dishes, including but not limited to French, Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisines.
- Execute assigned tasks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnishes as directed by the senior kitchen staff.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in flavor and portion control.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding food handling, hygiene, and safety.
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development and participate in menu planning discussions with the culinary team.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a professional kitchen, with a focus on European cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of European culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Formal culinary training or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures, with certification in food handling and sanitation preferred.
- A passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the culinary field.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
