Audience Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Audience Specialist to support the creation, management, and execution of targeted account and contact segments for Cvent’s Hospitality Cloud. This role will collaborate with marketing, analytics, and sales teams to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences and deliver measurable impact. The position requires strong skills in CRM usage, segmentation, and data handling, with a willingness to learn advanced audience management practices. In This Role, You Will: Assist in developing and executing audience segmentation strategies using CRM, firmographic, and behavioral data sources.•Support global product marketing and demand generation teams by building and activating target lists aligned with campaign objectives.•Maintain and enrich audience data in Salesforce, CDPs, and marketing automation platforms.•Contribute to the design and execution of contact strategies, ensuring accurate mapping of accounts and contacts.•Leverage analytics tools to monitor audience engagement and prepare regular performance reports (coverage, conversions, campaign results).•Ensure compliance with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) by following audience suppression and opt-out processes.•Participate in A/B testing and audience experiments to improve targeting and personalization.•Provide operational support to the Audience Manager and assist in implementing new audience practices. Here's What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA preferred • 3-4 years of experience in audience management, CRM strategy, or data -driven marketing (B2B preferred) preferably working in US/European markets. • Strong expertise in segmentation, targeting, personalization, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing). • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, or similar). • Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau/Looker) with intermediate Excel/SQL abilities. • Strong understanding of privacy regulations, global compliance frameworks, and audienc e suppression best practices. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments and present insights to senior leadership.
