**Job Title: Sales Associate**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve daily sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic retail environment.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
