**1. Loan Origination & Customer Acquisition**
- Identify and acquire potential customers for secured loans.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable loan products.

**2. Credit Assessment & Risk Analysis**
- Evaluate applicant creditworthiness through income verification, credit scores, and collateral valuation.
- Work with credit teams to ensure loan eligibility as per company policies.
- Conduct site visits (if required) for property or asset verification.

**3. Documentation & Compliance**
- Collect, verify, and maintain necessary documents (KYC, income proof, property papers, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies.
- Facilitate legal verification and due diligence of collateral.

**4. Loan Processing & Disbursement**
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) for quick loan processing.
- Maintain transparency in communication regarding loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.

**5. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide post-loan support, addressing queries and assisting with repayment issues.
- Educate customers on repayment plans, foreclosure options, and financial planning.

**6. Portfolio & Risk Management**
- Monitor loan accounts to minimize delinquency and defaults.
- Work on early warning signals and proactively address repayment concerns.
- Coordinate with collection teams to manage overdue accounts.

**7. Reporting & Performance Tracking**
- Maintain records of loan approvals, disbursals, and rejections.
- Track individual and team performance against targets.
- Generate and present reports on loan portfolio health and risk factors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
