**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Retail

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the recruitment process of the company which includes end to end hiring for Stores and Head Office.
- Screening profiles & taking telephonic interviews & then conduct face to face interviews with the respective department.
- Handle pre-selection formalities i.e. background verification/ employee resignation and verification in last company etc.
- Conduct HR induction, preparing training plan, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee engagement activities

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills - Graduation / Diploma / Degree in HR
- 2-4 years of experience in retail recruitment
- A clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
