**Scheduling & Project Coordinator II**

**Job Summary**

The Scheduling & Project Coordination team is responsible for creating, supporting, and communicating schedules of resources assigned to external and internal projects. They work closely with the Operations and Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and other key stakeholders to understand priorities, forecast timelines, and identify/resolve scheduling conflicts. Additionally, they must provide other ad hoc administrative assistance to the project teams.

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Functions**

**General Duties**:

- Leads Workforce Planning sessions with resource managers and project managers.
- Prepare proposed schedules in coordination with sales and in accordance with resource capacity.
- Completes tasks without supervision and little direction.
- Creates and supports project schedules using MS Project and the Enterprise Project Management Tool.
- Ensure company resources always have a prioritized queue of work in front of them via Reouce allocation reviews with team leaders.
- Ensure all project deliverables have deadline dates.
- Responsible for administration and configuration of the Enterprise Project Management Tools.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in Business or Management or Engineering.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred.
- 2 years' experience in scheduling, or project management equivalent role
- Superior communications skills.
- Strong computer skills: MS Office, MS Project
- Energetic, ambitious, and hard working.
- Ability to use problem solving skills to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ability to accurately forecast project timing.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.

**Requirements**:

Minimum: 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree

**Preferred**: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

**Years of Experience**

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 -6 years
