**What this job involves**:
The Project Scheduler will play a critical role in PDS Digital PMO Team. The primary responsibility of the Project Scheduler is to develop and maintain project schedules for Greenfield projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The Project Scheduler will work closely with stakeholders to create appropriate project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera, ensuring effective coordination and timely completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and understand project scope and objectives
Develop comprehensive project schedules, including activities, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, using MS Project or Primavera
Coordinate with different project teams to ensure accurate representation of project activities and resource allocations in the schedules
Monitor and track project progress, identify potential delays or conflicts, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines
Conduct regular schedule reviews and analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimization
Communicate schedule updates, changes, and risks to project stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of project timelines and dependencies
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize tasks, and adjust schedules as necessary
Provide guidance and support to project teams on schedule-related matters, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines
Prepare and present schedule reports and presentations to management and clients, highlighting project status and performance metrics

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
4 to 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry, preferably with experience in Greenfield projects such as residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Expertise in using project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
Proficiency in analyzing project requirements, developing work breakdown structures, and creating accurate and realistic project schedules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols is preferred
