**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to develop creative assets and ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and KPIs (e.g., CPC, CTR, conversion rates).
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the brand's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, schedule, and post content regularly, ensuring alignment with overall brand voice and goals.
- Engage with followers, answer inquiries, and manage online communities.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings (SEO).
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) on Google Ads and other platforms to drive high-quality traffic.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Collaborate with content teams to create blog posts, website copy, newsletters, and other content that supports digital marketing initiatives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, engagement, and ROI for all digital campaigns.
- Analyze data and insights to continuously improve the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Website Management**:

- Assist in optimizing website content for better user experience and conversion rates.
- Work with web development teams to ensure that the website is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.
