Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Planner who can develop effective strategies for our clients' brands and manage a client servicing team. As a Brand Planner and Client Servicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives and build strong brand identities. This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand planning and client servicing.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with clients' marketing goals and target audience. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and position the brand effectively.

2. Client Servicing: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Understand clients' business needs and objectives and provide strategic recommendations accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to execute client projects effectively and deliver results.

3.Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and maintain consistent brand messaging

4. Team Management: Lead and mentor a client servicing team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their performance. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand planning, brand strategy, or a similar role within an advertising agency or marketing department.
- Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.

**Salary**: ₹8,767.55 - ₹40,203.40 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
