**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introduce company products/services, and identify customer needs.
- **Sales Pitching**: Deliver effective sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of products/services, to persuade customers to make a purchase.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and providing relevant information.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience with the company and its offerings.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by converting leads into actual sales and driving revenue growth.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct follow-up calls to clients, ensuring that customer queries are resolved and orders are processed smoothly.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in tele sales, telesales, or inside sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer needs analysis, and relationship building.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and other sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
