**Position Summary**:
The Office Administrator plays a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office, ensuring effective communication between departments, and providing administrative support to the management team. This role involves a combination of organizational, clerical, and customer service duties to enhance daily operations and workplace productivity.

**Location : Pune (WFO)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to management, assisting with scheduling, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and drafting correspondence as needed.
- Office Management: Oversee and manage office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and place orders when required. Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors.
- Document Management: Maintain and update office records, including personnel files, company documents, and correspondence. Ensure that digital and physical records are organized and accessible.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests efficiently. Facilitate smooth communication between departments.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and company activities, including logistics, venue bookings, and preparation of materials.
- Visitor & Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure that office procedures comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by management to support the company’s operational goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently.
- Basic knowledge Office management principles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and software.
