**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on hiring progress and metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with technical concepts and job roles (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps, system admins).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract roles.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and IT terminologies.
- Previous experience working with staffing agencies or consulting firms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
