**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive English language curriculum aligned with educational standards.

**Instruction**:

- Conduct engaging and effective English language classes for students at various proficiency levels.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.

**Individualized Instruction**:

- Identify and address the unique needs of individual students, providing additional support or challenges as necessary.

**Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in English language-related extracurricular activities, such as language clubs or cultural events.
- Encourage students to participate in inter-school language competitions.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for teaching English and promoting language proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to contribute to the overall development of students beyond language education.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of a boarding school environment.
- Proficiency in English language.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in languages or related field with B.Ed.
- Master's degree in languages or related field with B.Ed.
- Teaching certification is preferred.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
