Pre Primary Teacher

**Job Title**:Pre-Primary Teacher / Coordinator

**Location **:Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Mohankheda Jain Tirth, Rajgarh (Dhar).

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Foster a love for learning through play-based education, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section, ensuring smooth functioning of the classes.
- Coordinate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in teaching methods and school routines.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the pre-primary curriculum in line with the standards. Incorporate various learning styles to cater to the individual needs of students.
- Address individual needs and challenges, including providing additional support to students with special requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Nursery Teacher Training Certification or an equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a pre-primary or early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.
- Experience in a residential school setting will be an advantage.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
