Pre-primary Teacher

**Location : Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Mohankheda Jain Tirth, Rajgarh (Dhar).**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1.Subject Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.

**2. Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with the academic team to incorporate best practices and innovative teaching techniques.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum for after prep classes.
- Encourage students to explore their interests beyond the classroom.

**3. Pastoral Engagement**:

- Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences, which may involve discussions about academic progress, social development, and the overall well-being of the student within the boarding environment.
- Serve as a mentor to students, providing guidance on academic and personal development.

**4. Individualized Student Support**:

- Provide personalized attention to students, addressing their unique academic needs.
- If applicable, accurately reflect the progress of students with individualized education plans (IEPs) or accommodations on the report card.
- Implement strategies for differentiating instruction to accommodate varying skill levels.

**5. Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a supportive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their intellectual and personal development


**6. Confidentiality**:

- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards when handling student information. Ensure that report cards are distributed only to authorized individuals, such as parents or legal guardians.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to create interdisciplinary projects and activities and department meetings and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive boarding school culture.
- Engage actively in the boarding school community, attending events and fostering positive relationship

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
- Previous experience teaching students in the specified age group or class (CBSE)
- Strong interpersonal and communication and writing skills.

**Application Process**:
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
