**Position**: Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher
**Location**: Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.
**Accommodation**: On-campus accommodation with meals provided.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
- Foster a love for learning through play-based education, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons in pre-primary and primary grades.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned section, ensuring smooth functioning of the classes.
- Coordinate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in teaching methods and school routines.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum in line with educational standards.
- Incorporate various learning styles to cater to the individual needs of students.
- Address individual needs and challenges, including providing additional support to students with special requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- **For Pre-Primary**: Nursery Teacher Training Certification or an equivalent certification preferred.
- **For Primary**: B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership or teaching role within an early childhood or primary education setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood and primary education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in **English and Hindi**.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.
- Experience in a **residential school setting** will be an advantage.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
