**Position: English Teacher (Grade 6-10, CBSE)**

**Location**: Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.
**Accommodation**: On-campus accommodation with meals provided.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver **engaging English lessons** that align with the CBSE syllabus.
- Teach **grammar, vocabulary, writing skills, reading comprehension, and literature** effectively.
- Encourage students to **think critically and express themselves confidently** in both written and spoken English.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, projects, and interactive activities.
- Integrate **technology, storytelling, role-playing, and discussions** to enhance learning.
- Guide students in **essay writing, creative writing, and public speaking**.
- Prepare students for **English Olympiads, debates, elocution, and other literary competitions**.
- Maintain discipline and create a **positive, stimulating learning environment**.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to school activities and academic events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a related field (B.A./M.A. in English, B.Ed preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum **1-2 years** of teaching experience in a CBSE school or a similar academic setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command over **English language, literature, and CBSE curriculum**.
- Ability to make language learning **interactive and enjoyable**.
- Experience in **training students for literary competitions** is a plus.
- Excellent **classroom management and communication** skills.
- Passion for English education and **student mentorship**.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to **stay on campus** and actively participate in school activities.
- Ability to conduct extra classes or mentoring sessions when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
