**Your role**
- Are you an expert when it comes to Software ( OS, DB, MW) and Hardware infrastructure upgrade or strategic onboarding to Azure Services. Do you have a track record of influencing IT Managers? Do you have proven ability to solve issues, covering both technical infrastructure and process compliance needs?
- We’re looking for a IT Infrastructure analyst to:
- support IT Managers & project managers on EOL related topics and guidance through the processes.
- Support role will be engaging with other SWC Managers on a daily basis to review incoming infra and Azure demand requests.
- Work extensively on data analysis and tableau reporting.
- maintain a knowledge database for all queries.
- Plan and support new asks and initiatives related to Infrastructure EOL.
- Will be deputizing the Infrastructure Lead and working with more than 50+ Project and Component Managers.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working with the Security Services Infrastructure Lead who is based in UK. We provide Infrastructure support (including Cloud) as a service to our Security Services department within Technology Services. As a IT Infrastructure support Analyst you’ll play an important role in supporting the Tech Obsolescence EOL Program for Software and hardware, Cloud onboarding and lift and shift programs, Cloud cost optimization and ensuring that all processes are followed and met.

**Your expertise**
- track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners
- Ideally Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT or Infrastructure support role and a confident communicator.
- Proficient and self-starter with experience with global teams. Scheduling and minuting meetings with 20+ attendees ( IT / Project managers).
- Must have Technical knowledge of Infrastructure Technology ( VMs, compute, DBs, storage, Network zones etc)
- Must have Azure knowledge with Azure 900 certification.
- Basic knowledge on Security Services such as Cyber, Data Protection and encryption, authentication & authorisation.
- Proficient with excel usage. Experience in alteryx / Tableau or any other analytics tool will be added bonus.
- Ability to solve infrastructure issues and finding solution by coordinating with various teams.
- Ability to interact with Global team of managers.
