Backup, Disaster Recovery and Continuity Management

Network support and Management services on proactive basis

Experience working with MSP’s (Managed Service Provider)

ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 workflow practices

Firewall: Sonicwall, Fortinet, Sucuri. (Good to have working knowledge, especially licensing part)

Network administration in Routers and Switches.

Cloud: AWS, Azure or any other cloud platform (Not mandatory but good to have)

Citrix Cloud Administration.

Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMWare, Nutanix

Patch Management: Patching via SCCM

Windows Active Directory (Must have)

LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy deployment
- Windows server
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as DNS, DHCP, Group policies, IIS, Active Directory, etc.
- Experience with **Linux servers**, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.
- Ability to work in a challenging and demanding mission critical infrastructure.
