The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, SQL, and Maven, and will be responsible for managing deployment activities, packaging, and patching in a production environment. This role demands deep technical troubleshooting, collaboration with development and infrastructure teams, and a commitment to maintaining system stability and performance.Key Responsibilities:- Provide L3-level support for Java-based applications and services.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to application performance, data integrity, and system errors.- Manage and execute deployment activities across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).- Handle application packaging and release management using Maven and related tools.- Apply patches and updates to applications and environments, ensuring minimal downtime.- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release cycles.- Maintain documentation for deployment processes, support resolutions, and patching schedules.- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues.Required Skills:- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Maven.- Experience with application deployment, packaging, and patching in enterprise environments.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).- Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
