We’re Hiring: Production Manager - Surgical Device Manufacturing at Blyce International

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring efficient, timely, and quality-controlled production of surgical devices.
- Lead, guide, and manage a team of manual labor workers engaged in the assembly, fabrication, and finishing of surgical products.
- Ensure that all production targets are met, including quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement best practices in workflow, materials handling, and employee safety to ensure smooth and compliant production operations.
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, quality standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Train and develop the workforce, ensuring skills are upgraded as required for handling specialized production tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless production and on-time delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
