**Job Title**: CNC Turret Punching Machine Designer and Programmer

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**About Us**: Ramdev Steel Industries is a leading manufacturer of warehouse storage racks and Cable Trays, known for our commitment to quality and innovation. We are expanding our team and are seeking a highly skilled CNC Turret Punching Machine Designer and Programmer to join us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop programs for CNC turret punching machines to produce components as per specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC turret punching machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning.
- Maintain detailed records of programs, machine settings, and production outputs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CNC turret punching machine design and programming.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- **Experience in programming and operating Murata Machinery CNC turret punching machines will be a Plus.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with various types of metals and materials used in CNC machining.
- Additional certifications in CNC machining or related fields.
- **Experience in the warehouse storage rack manufacturing industry will be Plus.**

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
