Counseling (Sales) Executive / Intern

Assist the sales/consulting team in generating leads and identifying potential clients through market research and analysis.- Participate in sales/consulting meetings and presentations, and provide support in preparing sales/consulting materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to contribute to sales/consulting strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales/consulting team to develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and partners through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and sales/consulting pitches to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the products/services.
- Support the sales/consulting team in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools and other sales/consulting software to update and manage sales/consulting pipelines, track progress, and generate reports on sales/consulting activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales/consulting team, including data entry, document preparation, and general office tasks.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Science, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of English, Marathi & Hindi is essential.
- Utilize CRM or AI tools and other business software to update and manage business, track progress, and generate reports.
