**Role & responsibilities**:

- Overall supervision of Accounting, auditing and tax compliance
- Periodical Management Reports, Working Capital Management, Budgeting, Data Analysis
- Price negotiations, Review of client and vendor contracts
- To get License and Permission from local authorities
- Coordination with external lawyers, CAs, CS and consultants for legal matters, Registration of Trademark, Valuation reports, company law compliance etc
- Overall supervision and management of company owned property.

**Qualifications**:

- CFA, CA, MBA, M.Com, or other relevant finance qualification
- Experience in a financial management role
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Young, bright, dynamic individuals.
