**Position description**:
The role of the Operations Associate encompasses the key responsibility of ensuring the partner benefits are reaching the 91springboard community members (customers) smoothly, while maintaining relationships with the existing partners.

**About the Department**

The Corporate Alliance department essentially builds Corporate Relationships that result in mutually beneficial outcomes for 91springboard members (our customers) and the Corporate. We create this engagement via the 91 Springboard Boosters programme:
**91 springboard Boosters**:
We work with partners from a wide industry range, such as Cloud Computing, Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, etc. who offer their products and services as freebies (worth lacs) and at a discounted pricing to our members. This supports our customers in saving a substantial amount of cost and efforts, supporting them in their early stage.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management (Servicing the Partners)**- Maintaining relationships with existing corporate partners for a long-term engagement-
- Coordinating with the partners to track and update monthly reports - tracking key indicators such as the number of requests, service utilization, revenue generation, etc.-
- Exploring/Devising key activities to increase and improve the key indicators.-
- Onboarding partner on the portal and assisting them through a demo of portal operations-
- Helping partners acquire new business from the 91springboard member community and drive growth for the same-
- Conducting preliminary research based on key data points to evaluate potential partners from the incoming requests- **Boosters Operations Management (Servicing 91springboard clients aka members)**- Managing and responding to all the requests coming from members to avail Booster benefits-
- Assisting the members with queries and ensuring timely delivery of services with the mentioned TAT-
- Timely updating the Boosters information on the portal-
- Working on process improvement and automation of the operations-
- Improving the adoption rate from requests to services delivered-
- Identifying the needs of the coworking members to curate a potential list of partners**Experience**:
- 2 years- Preferred: Prior experience in Partnerships, Operations, Customer Servicing and/or Account Management

**Skills Required**:
- Strong relationship building skills with excellent execution skills - someone with a Get-Things-Done attitude- Experience working in building partnerships and account management roles is preferred- Strong communication skills as this role require multi-stakeholder communications- Strong customer orientation, ability to build processes around customers delight- Strong analytical skills; Ability to track and report data, use the data for deriving meaningful inferences- Ability to understand and incorporate digital tools to automate operations will be a plus point.
