Job Title Hotel Account Executive The Hotel Account Finance Executive is responsible for managing the hotel s financial operations including accounting budgeting forecasting and financial reporting This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial information compliance with hotel policies and procedures and optimal financial performance Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee all accounting and finance functions including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger - Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports - Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement - Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and regulatory requirements - Manage cash flow accounts receivable and accounts payable - Supervise and train finance team members - Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards - Develop and implement financial controls and procedures - Provide financial guidance and support to department heads Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field - Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Account Associate in 5 Star luxury hotel such as Oberoi Taj Marriott ITC Hyatt Hilton and likewise - Professional certification CPA CMA or equivalent - Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial analysis and budgeting - Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office accounting software and hotel management systems - Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and prioritize tasks Certifications - Certified Public Accountant CPA - Certified Management Accountant CMA - Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive CHAE - Certified Financial Manager CFM Interested candidates may apply at info kishhospitality com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 220 000 00 - 350 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Panjim Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Tax accounting 5 years Preferred Accounts payable 3 years Required Account management 3 years Required Language English Required Hindi Required Work Location In person
