**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Human Resources**:

- Support employee engagement activities and resolve employee queries.

**Administration**:

- Oversee office operations, including facility management and inventory.
- Handle correspondence, maintain documents, and ensure smooth communication within the team.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services and handle purchase and replacement of consumables.
- Supervise house-keeping staff, maintain office hygiene,
- Manage travel arrangements and event coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- 10th pass.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
