**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Due Diligence and Research**:

- Conduct in-depth due diligence on AIFs, including legal, and operational aspects.
- Review and analyze fund structures, investment strategies, performance metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and key recommendations for internal and client review.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Review**:

- Evaluate the fund’s compliance with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) regulations and other applicable laws.
- Ensure alignment with organizational and industry standards during the evaluation process.
- **Valuation**:

- Provide valuation support for all projects from concept to commissioning stage.
- Provide support in preparing documents including teasers, Portfolio Valuation reports, etc.
- Provide support in preparing cash flow analysis and financial modelling.
- Work on investor pitch deck, market valuation, market analysis, Design, improve, and implement valuation models, incorporating industry changes.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with Clients, fund managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Present findings and insights clearly and professionally to internal teams and clients.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and regulatory changes in the AIF sector.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare fund performance with industry standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- **Experience**:

- Freshers Only
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
