**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals and objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive business development opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and insurance brokerage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
