**In-house Training**:

- Conduct Foundation Training on Brand through E-Training for all new sales staff
- Ensure implementation of On Job Training through Training Log Books
- Conduct Product and Sales Process Training with role plays at dealerships
- To design, conduct & monitor timely evaluations after the training has been imparted

**Liaison with Hyundai Sales Training**
- Coordination with Hyundai Sales Training Team on Training Needs
- To get updated information on Products and Processes in terms of Training Content
- Nominate required sales staff for training
- To provide inputs to Hyundai training and take specific module to address the above needs and conduct trainings related to product knowledge, sales process and soft skill wherever and whenever required

**MIS REPORT**
- Timely reporting of monthly MIS of Dealer sales staff
- Manpower Required-Onboard-Trained status
- Weekly & Monthly Trainings conducted Report
- To maintain records of each training program done and the evaluations completed in a separate file

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
