Responsibilities and Duties · Responsible for center sales performance and profitability · Prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to a budget. · Supervising trainers and instructors & Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs · Planning for the operations, sales, and marketing activities of the branch. · Organize and conduct College Seminar/workshops · Responsible for College/ School tie-up · Generate new references from student/Counseling · Ensure excellent training service to Student · Manage all operational activities of the training center including staffing, facilities, and coordination with Branches. · Attend a meeting, if required with branches for business activities
