Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is pivotal in onboarding and upskilling Centre Managers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and driving consistent performance across centers. Key Responsibilities - Deliver engaging training sessions (L0 and OJT(On The Job)) for new Centre Managers. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires to perform effectively. - Continuously support and track the performance of Centre Managers post-training. - Ensure consistency in delivery of modules and adherence to defined processes. - Collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and methodologies. Skills & Qualifications: - 0-2 years of experience as a trainer. - Excellent communication and presentation. - Strong facilitation and delivery skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred in sales/operations context). - Ability to drive accountability and performance improvement.
