**Site supervisor (Civil)**

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.

**Responsibility**:

- Oversee site readiness for construction, ensuring that the foundation and layout are properly set up.
- Monitor the quality of work and materials used to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Assign tasks to workers, supervise their activities, and ensure productivity.
- Regularly report on the progress of the project, including any delays or issues, and propose solutions.
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the project schedule and deadlines.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment.
- Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure they are following the project plan and working efficiently.
- Oversee any required testing of materials (e.g., concrete, soil) to ensure they meet the required standards.

**Expectations and qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, Diploma or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Flexible to relocate to work at any sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
