**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creative and design process for lab-grown diamond jewellery, ensuring designs align with brand identity and market trends.
- Develop innovative design concepts and oversee the creation of detailed sketches and

illustrations to bring ideas to life.
- Guide and mentor a team of junior designers and CAD professionals, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to design standards.
- Collaborate closely with CAD designers to translate hand sketches into precise

Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models, ensuring all design elements are accurately

represented.
- Evaluate and select materials for jewelry designs, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and

ethical considerations related to lab-grown diamonds.
- Drive the prototyping process in collaboration with the product development team,

reviewing and refining designs to achieve excellence in execution.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of prototypes and CAD models to ensure manufacturability,

adherence to quality standards, and alignment with design specifications.
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry advancements, and emerging styles in the lab-grown diamond jewellery sector, using insights to shape future collections.
- Collaborate with gemmologists, material specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure

seamless integration of design elements into final products.
- Facilitate design review sessions, providing constructive feedback and guidance to team

members.
- Present and effectively communicate design concepts, vision, and rationale to

cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or related field from reputed institutions like the National Institute of Design (NID), National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Srishti School of Design - Bangalore, Pearl Academy, Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ) - Mumbai or any other branch, and SNDT - Juhu Mumbai.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality jewellery designs, with

significant experience in lab-grown diamond collections.
- 6+ years of professional experience in jewelry design, including leadership or senior roles

within the industry.
- Advanced proficiency in hand sketching, illustration, and CAD software for jewelry design (e.g., Rhino, Matrix).
- Expertise in materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes relevant to lab-grown

diamond jewellery.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring designs are both innovative and practical for mass production.
- Experience in designing for the export market is a significant advantage, particularly

familiarity with international design preferences and standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a

creative team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to translate market insights into impactful designs.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.

Pay: ₹8,764.20 - ₹45,544.95 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
