Job Title: Jewellery Designer

Overview:
1. **Conceptualization and Design**: Develop innovative and original jewellery designs that align with current trends and brand aesthetics. 2. **Sketching and Rendering**: Create detailed sketches and renderings of jewellery designs using traditional and digital techniques knowledge of Matrix Designs. 3. **Material Selection**: Source and select appropriate materials such as gemstones, metals, and other components for jewellery production. 4. **Prototyping and Testing**: Produce prototypes of designs for evaluation and testing purposes, ensuring quality and feasibility. 5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members including artisans, craftsmen, and production staff to bring designs to life. 6. **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to inform design decisions. 7. **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout the design and production process. 8. **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, and tailor designs accordingly. 9. **Documentation**: Keep detailed records of design concepts, sketches, prototypes, and production specifications. 10. **Presentation**: Prepare and deliver presentations of design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, including management and clients. **Requirements**: 1. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Additional certifications or training in jewellery design is a plus. 2. **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in jewellery design, preferably in a commercial or studio setting. 3. **Skills**: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, or CAD software.
