**Social Media Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute compelling social media marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility and maximizing sales.
- Manage diverse social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), curate captivating content, and actively engage with our online community to attract and retain customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and comments promptly, maintaining a professional and positive online presence.
- Analyse social media metrics, identify trends, and adapt strategies to ensure optimum performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful materials and design promotional campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities and develop and nurture relationships with key accounts and customers.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, providing regular reports on sales performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role, demonstrating success in managing social media accounts and executing impactful campaigns.
- A track record of effectively leveraging social media for revenue generation and sales.
- Ability to conceptualize and implement engaging social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Strong customer engagement skills with a commitment to delivering a positive online experience.
- Stay abreast of the ever-evolving social media landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, BCA or relevant field.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
