**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Calendar Management**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, graphics, videos, and blogs.

**2. Paid Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

**3. Audience Engagement and Community Management**:

- Foster meaningful interactions with followers and communities on social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.

**5. Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Proactively identify opportunities to incorporate new techniques and strategies into our social media efforts.

**6. Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media activities are integrated with overall marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and content for social media campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Internship experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in graphic design tools like Canva and video editing is a plus.
