Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for startups? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Founder's Office Associate
As a Founder's Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and strategic support to the founders and the company.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to the founders, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and data entry.
Support the development and execution of the company's strategic plan.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment in India.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for startups and a desire to make a real impact in India.
**Ability to commute/relocate**: Civil Lines, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
